About Shanna Heidmann

A Central Texas native, Shanna grew up in Belton before moving to Austin proper in 2000. After a stint in Florida, where she and her husband relocated for his job, and she practiced real estate for 6 years, they made the move back to Austin and have been here ever since. Shanna started out helping her friend, a broker in Austin, with open houses and other real estate business matters in 1999. She loved it so much it spurred her to go out and become licensed herself! Shanna considers herself a great communicator and believes it's crucial in real estate to stay in touch throughout the entire home selling and buying process. Her longtime experience in the industry gives her an advantage in negotiating and securing the best deal for her clients and managing buyer, seller, and tenant expectations. In her free time, Shanna loves staying active and spending time with her husband and three children, Austin, Hailey, and Harper.
